Ruyi

Carved from natural Hetian jade, this hairpin captures the moon’s glow in its curves. The stone’s warmth mirrors Du Mu’s verse—"a heart pure as ice in a jade vase". Adorned with delicate inlays reminiscent of Song dynasty paintings, it sways with each step, evolving Li Qingzhao’s imagery: "a loose coil of hair, light as a cloud". More than an ornament, it is poetry in jade—a timeless companion to grace.
